Although the delivery of the main machine was on time, the wrong components were sent causing a major delay in my testing of the machine to see whether it was in working condition, by which time, trade assurance expired. In addition, parts were missing and broken on the machine which caused further delays. Money was lost in having to replace broken and wrong parts. Customer service was non-existent, neither were they willing to answer the most basic questions. It will take me over an hour to list all the issues I had with the machine and customer support, neither will the characters allowable in this text box allow it. Probably the most frustrating part was all the little bits and pieces that were not installed well, or broken, or missing. Moreover, the design of the laser cabinet was poor, allowing water to drip all around the laser source, which would prove deadly if gone unnoticed. This particular machine is the second VMADE machine I've purchased and will be the last.
